With the end of March having just ticked over, thanks to your hard work and the support of our clients. C&I finished the year circa 5% ahead of revenue plan and with a modest but hard earnt profit.
The Board has set C&I a very aggressive budget for this coming financial year. Our market has very much recovered and we need to compete hard and grow more market share than that of our competition.
Clients will continue to support agents who work hard and who provide good service, we need to be on our game and stay on it!
We are seeing more and more new buyers coming to the market, rents are rising, vacancies are declining and yields continue to hold; these are very good conditions for us and for our customers.

Refined since their launch in late January, the new submission and IM documents are on the J Drive ready for you to use. If you have not yet started using the documents make sure you take advantage of the extra time available before the next TP to adopt the new format. We are seeking 100% adoption before the 1st of June.
