New Zealand is poised for what some economists are referring to as a "once in a generation" year of strong economic growth in 2014. While this is great news for businesses, and the country in general, it will inevitably put further pressure on business accommodation in the Auckland industrial market. As the story below on the "tightening supply of premises" shows, vacancy rates across Auckland's most popular industrial precincts are at very low levels as a result of significant business expansion.
