HAPPY NEW YEAR
Just like that, we are into the start of a new year and it promises to be a busy and productive one at West Edge. Our contractors took a well-earned three week break with their families over summer and are now back on-site rearing to go. While we can all agree that the summer break was great weather-wise, towards the end of last year it was a different matter and this contributed to some construction disruption.

however there's an air of positivity among everyone on-site and we expect to progress with the build confidently throughout 2018.
Those who have purchased a home at West Edge secured their property at 2015 prices and, given the competitive state of the Auckland residential market, the homes will represent excellent value on completion.
It's the old saying "if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right" and we believe West Edge will be well-worth the wait. |

PROGRESS UPDATE
Naturally, you all want to know when we expect West Edge to be completed. We are hopeful that by the second quarter of 2019, we will proudly achieve practical completion.
All framing and roofing work is on scheduled to be completed late-February on Terrace A with much of the exterior of these homes due to be completed before Easter. We are also making great progress on Terrace B.
Our engineers are hard at work finalising the design of the footings for Terraces C and D to ensure we have a robust and sturdy platform to build on and we hope to bring you an update next month, and great progress is being made with Terrace E. |
