We are selling, hill-top, marina, oceanfront and beachfront lots ranging in size from 1,666 sqm (a marina lot) up to 4018 sqm (an oceanfront lot). The prices vary from US$600,000 for a marina lot up to US$1,400,000 for a beachfront lot. All lots have a marina berth included in the price.
